Our Goals
Invest time
Growth takes time. We will invest our time by organizing one-on-one mentorship sessions, hosting career development workshops, and facilitating hands-on training programs that help youth build essential skills for their future success.
Grow STEM Participation
Aim to grow STEM participation by connecting students with industry professionals for internships, pushing STEM after-school programs/event, and providing aid for students pursuing education in science, technology, engineering, and math fields.
Community Support
will support the community by offering mentorship programs, educational workshops, and partnerships with local businesses to provide youth with the skills and opportunities needed for long-term success.
Promote Skill-Based Trades
Encourage and support youth in pursuing skill-based trades, helping them develop practical expertise that leads to meaningful careers and community impact.
